FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I track my parcel?
Tracking your parcel is easy! Simply click the ‘Track’ button above and enter your tracking number.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is provided by the seller. If you haven’t received it, please contact the seller directly.
Why hasn't my tracking status been updated?
We update our tracking in real-time, focusing on key milestones to keep the information clear and easy to understand. Between updates, your parcel is likely being sorted or is in transit. Occasionally, unexpected events like public holidays or weather conditions may cause delays. Rest assured, we’re always working hard to deliver your parcel safely and on time.
When will my parcel be delivered?
Your seller should provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe before purchase or within their sale confirmation. We recommend checking with the seller directly if you haven’t received this information. If the expected delivery window has passed, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team. We’re here to help ensure your package reaches you quickly.
Can I change my delivery address?
We understand plans can change, but we cannot alter the delivery address once a parcel has been dispatched for security reasons. Please contact the seller immediately if your parcel hasn’t been dispatched yet. They may be able to update the address for you before the shipment begins its journey.
The parcel I received is damaged. What should I do?
We’re truly sorry to hear your parcel arrived damaged. We know how disappointing this can be. In this situation, the best action is to contact the seller directly. They’ll have specific procedures to reimburse you or send a replacement item. Rest assured, we’re committed to working with our sellers to minimise such occurrences in the future.
What happens if I miss the delivery attempt and the driver doesn't leave my parcel in a safe place?
Don’t worry – we understand that sometimes you might not be home to receive your parcel. Here’s what happens next:
We’ll attempt to deliver your parcel twice.
If you’re not home for the first attempt and there’s no safe place to leave the package, we’ll try again as soon as possible.
Monitor your tracking information for updates on the second delivery attempt.
If we can’t deliver on the second attempt, we’ll return the parcel to our local depot for safekeeping.
At this point, you can contact our Customer Services team, and we’ll help you pick up your parcel from our nearest depot at a convenient time.
We’re always working to make this process as smooth as possible for you.
I've received the wrong parcel. What should I do now?
We’re sorry to hear you’ve received the wrong parcel – we know this can be frustrating. In this situation, the best step is to contact the seller directly. They have specific procedures to resolve this issue, whether sending you the correct item or providing a refund. Please keep the incorrect parcel safe until you receive further instructions from the seller.

How do you handle fragile or valuable items?
We take extra care with fragile and valuable items. When shipping such parcels, please ensure they’re properly packaged to withstand the rigours of transport. We recommend informing the seller about the nature of the item so they can select the most appropriate shipping method. For high-value items, consider additional insurance coverage for peace of mind.
